Shipping Policy – Cutthroat Apparel Co.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be changed after 12 hours.


SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.


SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


DELAYS
Because all items are made-to-order and shipped through third-party carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Weather or carrier issues

  • Holidays

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier, but we will do our best to help if issues arise.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Cutthroat Apparel Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
